THE BIG TABLE — A FOUR HANDS DINNER Saturday, August 22, 2026 · 7:30 PM · Öbmau Rooftop Once a summer, a single large table is set on the Öbmau Rooftop. Only 20 guests will experience an evening where two culinary styles merge into one menu. Manuel Hofer (STOCHAS food & drinks) and Felix Plankensteiner (Thara SeeLounge) will serve eight courses together – inspired by fire and water. The focus is on premium steaks from the open grill as well as trout and char from local waters. Each course bears the signature of one of the two chefs and tells its own story – regional, seasonal, and with the highest standards for product and craftsmanship. Accompanied by a sunset over the mountains, a long communal table, and conversations with people who didn't know each other before. Price €199 per person incl. aperitif, paired wine with each course, and Franciacorta to finish. €179 per person incl. non-alcoholic beverage pairing, individually matched to each course.
